Information you give us. When you contact us (via the enquiry form, email or phone) we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, project name, project location, sector, project stage, the services you are interested in, and any details you include in your message.

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a message. We need these to understand what you are asking about and to reply to you — if they are not provided, we may not be able to respond properly. Every other field on the form is optional and simply helps us give a more useful answer. You are not obliged to give us any of this information, and you can contact us by email or phone instead.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours is delivered by hosting and form-handling providers that process a limited amount of technical information when a page is requested or an enquiry is submitted — such as your IP address, browser and device information, and security and request logs. This is used to deliver the website reliably, keep it secure and prevent abuse such as spam and fraudulent submissions. We do not use it to build a profile of you, to track you across websites, or for advertising or marketing, and we do not use analytics software.

We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you have asked about.

Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our services, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

For the limited technical information described above, our legal basis is our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure and available, and in protecting it against spam and misuse.

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (“data processors”) to run the website and handle enquiries. They only process your data on our instructions:

• Web3Forms — processes and delivers our enquiry form submissions to us.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website securely.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens, we require the transfer to be covered by a safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent mechanism. We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format; and

Our website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set any non-essential cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or any similar tracking tool, and we do not store information in your browser to track you or to build a profile of how you use the site.

The fonts, images and other files the site loads are served from our own domain rather than from third-party networks, so simply browsing the site does not share your details with advertising or analytics companies. This is also why you are not asked to accept cookies when you arrive: there is nothing non-essential to consent to.

If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any such cookies are set. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
